I will be a June 2017 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida with my Doctoral degree in Chiropractic. I am actively engaged in finding the right Associate Doctor position that works not only for me but for the owner that is hiring.

­I have had over ten years of experience in the medical field ranging from being a phlebotomist in a hospital, providing medical foster care in my home to finally becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. I would like to share with you my qualities that make me unique from other applicants.

•     ­I have always had a Servant’s heart. I believe that my sole purpose in life is to help others overcome their health concerns. I have been taught, through my grandparents and other individuals, that this life is to improve the well-being of others around me. I grew up in a family that provided foster care to medically needy children. As a result, my husband and I chose to provide medical foster care to children ranging in age from infant to 18 years. I learned to become a caretaker at an early age. I have a passion to help put others on a path to healing.

•     I am a quick thinker. As a medical foster parent, I have had to always be on my toes, whether it means rushing a child to a hospital or having to replace a feeding tube. I need to know what is and how to implement a correct course of care.

•     I am a hard worker and I am always willing to learn. I don’t want to be the doctor that has to tell a patient that I do not know what is going on with their health. I love to read and research medical conditions and I know that this allows me to be thorough with my encounters with patients. Patients do not deserve an “I do not know” they deserve an “I care about you and let us work together to find out your medical issue”.
