The USA consists of 50 states each one with different in its one way, this includes practicing as a chiropractor. However there are 4 different board exams. Part 1-4. The first 3 parts are multiple choice and can be sat outside the country at organised locations. The Forth part is sat in the USA and includes an oral exam.

Most states in the USA will require you to have passed all 4 parts to the board exams, there are a handful however that only require parts 1 to 3 having been passed.

In addition to the board exams you maybe required to sit a state board exam with an associated annual fee you must then pay to retain this licence.
